How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the customer portal in your account, no emails required.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Create a free account with no card, map your business, and see where you stand. When you are ready to view, generate and export your records, subscribe to a plan. You can cancel any time.
Do you store my card details?
No. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your records remain yours. After cancellation they stay available for export for 90 days, then they are deleted, as set out in the Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement.
Is there a limit on team members?
No. Both plans include unlimited team members at no extra cost. Invite your whole team; you pay for the plan, not per person.
What is the Appropriate Policy Document?
A short policy the Data Protection Act 2018 requires when you process special category data, such as sick leave or statutory pay records, under a Schedule 1 condition. On the Pro plan the Register drafts it automatically from the activities you have mapped, for you to review, and redrafts it as your records change.
